We’re here to ensure your visit to Liberia is smooth, safe, and seamless.
NOVA Africa Ventures offers comprehensive travel support for international delegates attending the 2025 Liberia Investment Conference.
The $2,500 registration fee includes hotel accommodation, visa on arrival facilitation, airport reception, and complimentary ground transportation between the airport, partner hotels, and the EJS Ministerial Complex.
International delegates are eligible for a visa on arrival at no additional cost, facilitated by NOVA in partnership with the Government of Liberia.
Delegates will be welcomed by official event protocol staff upon arrival to ensure a smooth and stress-free entry into Monrovia.

Complimentary shuttle service is available between Roberts International Airport, official partner hotels, and the EJS Ministerial Complex — the main conference venue.
Liberia operates a dual-currency system, and both the Liberian Dollar (LRD) and U.S. Dollar (USD) are accepted as legal tender. U.S. Dollars are widely preferred in business transactions.

NOVA Africa Ventures will coordinate hotel bookings for international delegates attending the 2025 Liberia Investment Conference. Hotel assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment confirmation. Upon registration and payment confirmation, delegates and sponsors will receive their hotel assignment from the NOVA team.
International delegates who have completed registration at the $2,500 level (or above) will have hotel accommodation included and arranged by NOVA.
