Pamela specializes in advising international investors, structuring high-impact projects, and navigating complex business environments. Her commitment to excellence and deep understanding of emerging markets position her as a driving force behind NOVA’s mission to unlock Africa’s investment potential.

Lloyd A. Diggs is a seasoned leader who brings a professional background of over 20 years of experience as a trade and investment specialist. Lloyd advises the CEO and Members of the NOVA team on matters related to trade. Since joining the NOVA team, Lloyd has begun cultivating new relationships with a host of businesses across North Carolina. He has promoted the cultivation of relationships between members of his business community with economic opportunities across West Africa.
