NOVA Africa Ventures Celebrates the Successful Launch of the 2025 Liberia Investment Conference
Monrovia, Liberia – July 17, 2025 | EJS Ministerial Complex
NOVA Africa Ventures is proud to announce the successful launch of the 2025 Liberia Investment Conference, held on July 16, 2025, at the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Ministerial Complex in Monrovia.
The conference, which was led by the Office of the Honorable Vice President Jeremiah Kpan Koung, in collaboration with the National Investment Commission (NIC) and organized by NOVA Africa Ventures, brought together a dynamic mix of over 250

delegates from around the world, representing a broad spectrum of government, diplomatic, private sector, and development partners.
Conference Theme: “Partnering for Prosperity – Unlocking Liberia’s Investment Frontiers”
Under President Boakai’s ARREST agenda, the opening ceremony set the stage for transformative dialogue and action. This year’s special guest speaker was Mrs. Ngone Diop, Director of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), West Africa Office. The Vice President delivered the Keynote Address.

The high-level event drew participation from diplomatic missions, each represented by ambassadors or heads of mission from countries including but not limited to:
